Pricing · Fee calculator

The fee is on the website. On purpose.

Planning is billed monthly and scales with what we manage. Preparation is a one-time fee per return. Set the selections below and the quote builds itself — the same tool our specialists use on a first call. The engagement letter confirms complexity before we begin.

Why publish it

Because the fee is the easy question

Almost no tax planning firm puts a price on its website. We do because it saves both of us a phone call, and because the fee is rarely the hard part of the decision. The hard part is whether a year of proactive planning is worth more than it costs in your situation. For a household with rentals and equity compensation earning $400,000 or more, it usually is by a wide margin — and when it isn't, we say so.
